Annual Newport, RI trip

I think this is our 4 or 5th annual trip to Newport, RI. We usually go the last weekend in May or first weekend in June.

It was a great trip with only one major melt-down! Annie was upset because her father went into Walmart and couldn't get a new DVD player for the car because they were sold out (ours broke from kids pulling on wires). The meltdown lasted about 60 minutes and ended with Anne passing out.

We got an added bonus of listening to a concert about 100 feet from our hotel; the Wailers, and Rusted Root. You could look at it two ways: one, What a great way to spend the night at the hotel with the kids listening to music, two: Really? This is so loud. I chose option one. The Wailers played Bob Marley's Greatest Hits.

We went to a benefit for Steve's friend from high school. Anne cried going in but was ok in the end. Also, had a nice dinner at the Olive garden with Steve's parents.

I was tired when we got home. I'm now 29 weeks pregnant; need I say more?
